Incline/decline slider bed belt conveyor or floor to floor conveys goods from one elevation to another or from floor-to-floor. These conveyors have a belt running on top of a formed metal bed. The conveyor consists of either a mild steel or aluminium frame with pulleys at either end of the formed metal bed, with a continuous loop of belt which rotates about these pulleys. The powered pulley is normally centrally located allowing the conveyor to run in forward or reverse.
The aluminium frames are made up of an extruded aluminium profile and due to its modular bolt together design allows for quick assembly. The aluminium frames supply a superior corrosion resistance than a painted / epoxy coated finish which could have spoiled / chipped over time. This frame incorporates an internal side cavity on both sides along its length with removable cover strips for electrical wires to be channelled here within. Aluminium bolt-on side guides are also included.
